Night Nanny

When we found out we were expecting triplets we immediately started looking for someone to come into our home a few nights a week to help with the late night shifts. I joined several forums and looked all around The Woodlands/Conroe area, but no luck. Then weeks prior to delivery I received a referral from a complete stranger. I met the nurse at the hospital and we clicked instantly. Michelle comes 3 nights a week and is a complete God-send. She arrives at 11pm and feeds the boys at 11pm, 2am, and 5 am. I pump at the  11pm and 5am feedings and omit the 2am feeding. It is so nice to a five hour stretch of sleep. I even had a dream last night! Here are a few pictures of the boys in their cribs...

I love waking up in the mornings and going upstairs to check on the boys. They are always sleeping so peacefully. Michelle bathes them and gets them dressed for the day. They smell so good and she combs their hair...such little misters!! I love unswaddling them to see what outfits she puts on them.

Hi, I am friends with Summer and she forwarded me your blog. Your boys are absoultely precious and I love to read all the updates. I had twins in Jan. and I love to see how other moms of multiples are handling everything. You sounds like a pro already! We had a night nanny help us with the twins and it was honestly the best money we ever spent! They are three months now and sleeping 12 hours at night. Anyway I just wanted to say hi and that I love your blog and your boys are adorable! Take care!

Annie- You are so right, the best money spent!! 5 hours of sleep is amazing, I would love to see pictures of your twins. Are they boys or girls...and I can't believe they are already sleeping 12 hours. SO jealous!! Thanks for saying hi :)
